Payment policy:

This payment policy is applicable on the users who avail services via any of our platform (website and mobile app). You are advised to read the conditions carefully. If you make a payment for the services, it would be treated as your acceptance to these terms and conditions. E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited reserves all the rights to make amendments in these conditions according to the suitability of our circumstances with or without any prior notice to the users. Users are responsible to have read this policy before proceeding.

General Key Points:

  • Payments can be made by jazzcash, easypaisa, credit/debit card, account wallet and net banking.
  • E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited is not responsible for the deduction of extra charges applied by your respective bank on your credit or debit card payment.
  • User is advised to keep a copy of transaction for online payment. In case of any inconvenience or dispute, user may show the record of transaction to resolve the issue. E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited will not be held responsible.
  • E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited does not hold any liability if user’s credentials for online payment are hacked, intercepted or gained unauthorized access by any third party. E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited does commit to keep your personal information secure and not to share it with anyone else. E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited does not store your data if not needed to be.
  • E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited and its affiliates are, under no circumstances, responsible for any problem caused due to inaccurate information given by the user.
  • The user agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details and shall not use a Debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her.
  • E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited respects and values your privacy in every aspect. Therefore, we commit to not disclose your personal information to any unrelated party and we do not store your payment details.

Refund Policy For Online Payment:

  • For prepaid online appointment, patient(s) can cancel the scheduled appointment without any charges if the cancellation is done 12 hours before the appointment. In this case, we will refund the amount paid for appointment subject to bank charges and other deductions by third parties.
  • Appointment cancellation can be carried out by the patient(s) through the E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited platform as well as request us through phone or email.
  • In case of appointment cancellation, the concerned users (doctors and patients) would be notified via E-Mareez Care platform notifications.
  • In case of scheduled appointment cancelled by the related doctor, the patient will receive 100% payment refund within 24 hours of the payment.
  • No refunds or cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills and services received.
  • E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's credit card account or accountholder’s bank account due to any reasons cited by the payment gateway or cardholder's issuing bank.
  • Refund money will be sent to account wallet. If you wish to receive the refund money in your bank account, please contact E-Mareez Care (Private) Limited.
